 Main proceess equipment is Auto-lathing machines.use turning,drilling,trapping ect.

 4.Tolerance:

 Our machines process tolerance External diamenter between 2mm to40 mm wtih +/-0.01mm tolerance.

Length between 0.5mm to 120 mmm  with tolerance +/-0.02 mm tolerance.

 5.Finish:

 Natural, but we can't do plating with zinc plated,nickel plated,gold plated,silver plated ect,according our customers drawing reuqirmetn.

 6.Company Certifications:

 ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certificate.

7.Delivery terms

1)Our samples' production leadtime is about 7 days

2)Usually ,our mass production  lead time is about 10 ti 20 days,but we still need to judge according to your purchase order and your ungency.

3)Because we own  36CNC lathing & milling machines, more than 70autolathing machines and many processing machines, total more than 200 machines can insure the delivery time.

8.Payment Terms:

50% should be charged before production and banlance before delivery.
